What To Expect On Your First Visit

Visiting any church for the very first time can be a tough experience.  Where to go?  What to wear?  What time to show up?  What's here for my kids?  What can I expect?  These and many more questions surface. Well, we want to put you at ease.  Your first visit to Falls Baptist will be refreshing, friendly, and enjoyable for your whole family.  We want you to experience inspiring music, helpful teaching and preaching, friendly people, and a place where you feel welcome and "at home"!

I’m Not a Baptist… Can I Still Attend?

It is our desire that Falls Baptist Church would be a church for everyone that has a desire to have a relationship with God. You do not have to come from a Baptist background, or hold to any particular religious affiliation to attend services here. We are convinced that the Bible is the inspired Word of God, and it is sufficient to point any sincere person to faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. If you have a desire to know God, have a relationship with Him and experience His best in your life, we invite you to join us on the journey! What's the Sunday morning schedule?

Sunday school begins at 10:00am, and the worship service begins at 11:00am. Plan to arrive a few minutes early to find the right classes for you and your little ones!

 
Is there anything for my children? 

Yes. We have a nursery for little ones 6 weeks old through 4 years old. The nursery area is clean, safe, and filled with fun toys! Nursery is provided during Sunday school and the Sunday morning service.  Children 5 years old and younger are also invited to go to Children’s Church about half way through the main service.  Younger children that are in the nursery that would like to attend Children’s Church may do so.  A Children’s Church worker will pick them up from the nursery.

 
Finding Nurseries, Classes, and Services

We would like to help you find the appropriate nurseries, classes, and services for every person in your family.  Our greeters and ushers are located just inside the doors of the main building and will gladly help direct and even escort you to the right place.

 
Are there services at other times?

Yes. In addition to Sunday School at 10:00am and Worship Service at 11:00am on Sunday, there is a also a Wednesday night prayer and Bible study at 6:30pm.  There are also children’s activities at the same time.

 
How should I dress?

There is no dress code at Falls Baptist Church for members or guests. Often our ministry leaders dress in more traditional “Sunday” dress — the men in a dress shirt and dress slacks, typically with a tie, and the women in modest dress; however, our main goal is that you would feel welcome and comfortable during your visit here at Falls Baptist!


Am I expected to participate in the offering?

No. We don't invite you to Falls Baptist Church for your offering. We want our service to be a gift to you. We hope you will find in this place a warm family spirit, truth from God's Word, and a place where you can grow in God's grace. Please don't feel any obligation to participate in the offering as a guest.
