Nursing Home Ministry

Our congregation visits local rest homes and nursing homes each year to spend time with the residents.  Our past activities have included outdoor flower planting, refilling bird feeders, providing gifts such as non-slip socks, playing games, and singing Christmas carols.  Most of our visits have been to Hillside Nursing Center in Wake Forest, NC.
