Falls Baptist Church is your neighborhood church. Originally founded in 1900 on the road joining Raleigh and Wake Forest in northern Wake County, our church building is still located at its original location at 9700 Fonville Road in The Falls community in North Raleigh.
The old mill village around our church was built by and tied to the mill (now River Mill Condos) located at Old Falls of Neuse Road and the Neuse River. Many of the original mill houses still stand and help give our community a unique appeal. Over the years, Falls Lake Dam, many new houses and subdivisions have been constructed in the area. The City of Raleigh now provides the Falls Lake Trail that starts nearby at the Falls Lake Dam. Whether you are just visiting, new to the area, or a long-time resident, we welcome you to visit our church. |
